the best things in life are simple and free, like this wonderful book. Naval Ravikant is a well known entrepreneur, venture capitalist, founder, CEO, adviser but in my opinion, he would be remembered as a modern day philosopher, most of all.

This is a collection of his tweets, quotes, podcasts and excerpts from interviews.

This book has a wealth of wisdom for all areas of life. Naval borrows from several branches of philosophy -Stoicism, existentialism etc. The ideas are not new but what sets this books apart is his interpretation. He has simplified each of the maxims he has learnt and adopted in his life to their most fundamental, easy to understand, easy to adopt, practical form.

Naval’s USP is his simple style and the author has retained that element. If this was the only book you ever read and followed, you would still be set for life. This has something for everyone – principles we can all live by. Simple but not easy.

I most liked Naval’s take on meditation. He has come up with practical ways to adopt this ancient and often mystified practice.

I know I am going to re-read this one many many times. It is one of those books that you can open to a random page and read to clear your mind. You can’t go wrong with any section.

The value you would get out of this short book is incredible. Every sentence packs a punch. Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
